3 Day Itinerary
-
Day 1
Typically on a Friday, we start with learning the anatomy of a sneaker by deconstructing it fully and creating a pattern. From there we move onto material selection and straight into sewing.
-
Day 2
Continuing our sewing from Day 1, we then move into adding the internals, foams, and more. Towards the end of the day we will be ready to last the uppers.
-
Day 3
The final day we will focus on prepping the uppers and soles for adhesion. Once the uppers and soles have bonded we will focus on cleaning them up and you will walk out with not only the knowledge of how to make a pair of sneakers but also your very own unique pair.
FAQs
Do I need any prior experience?
You do not need any prior experience. We will teach you everything we know about the sneaker making process. Even how to use a sewing machine.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Besides a willingness to learn and create, no! We supply you with all the tools, machines, leathers, and more.
Can I bring my own materials?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own leather/materials. We have a vast majority of leathers in stock but we also have the material to help back or thin any material you may want to bring in.
Do I get to keep the shoes after the class?
Of course. Our goal is to always provide you with a unique and high quality experience. Getting to keep YOUR creation would do this philosophy an injustice.
